Ryan Perrin

Chef Ryan Perrin comes from four generations of New Orleans culinary fire stretching back to his great grandfather Claude’s Barataria Tavern in Lafitte, through the Famous Perrin’s restaurant, and a family kitchen that’s been feeding Louisiana since 1978.
